Data deletion

You can remove the data Winq holds about you at any time, in any of these ways.

Disconnect an account in Winq

Open Channels in your workspace and click the delete icon next to the account. Winq immediately deletes its access tokens and stops publishing to it.

Remove Winq from Facebook or Instagram

1. Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find Winq, and click Remove. You can also choose to send a data deletion request from there.
2. Instagram: go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, find Winq, and click Remove.

When you remove Winq, the platform notifies us automatically and we delete the access tokens for the accounts you connected. If you ask for your data to be deleted, we also delete those connected accounts from Winq and give you a confirmation code you can check on this page.

Delete your whole account

Email kenny@uhmazingstudio.com from the address you use to sign in and ask us to delete your account. We’ll delete your profile, your connected accounts and their tokens, and any workspaces you own (including their posts and images) within 30 days, and confirm by email. Posts that were already published stay on the social platforms; delete them there if you want them removed.
