Common questions
How do I connect Instagram, TikTok or another channel?
Open Channels and tap + (on the web, Connect a channel). You'll approve access on the platform and come straight back. Only workspace admins and owners can connect channels.
A post didn't go out. What happened?
Open the post: Winq shows which channel failed and why. Most often a channel needs reconnecting (the platform ended its access); reconnect it from Channels and schedule the post again.
How do I invite my team?
Go to Team, enter their email and choose a role. They'll get an email with a link that brings them into your workspace.
How do I change my workspace's plan?
Plans are managed on the web: sign in at winq.ai and open Settings → Billing (workspace owners only).
Can I turn off AI or notifications?
Yes. On iPhone, open More → your name to turn off AI features and choose your appearance, and More → Notifications for what reaches your phone. On the web, see Account.
How do I delete my account?
On iPhone: More → your name → Delete account. On the web: Account → Danger zone. Deleting your account removes your login and profile; workspaces you share stay with your team. See Data deletion for more, or email hello@winq.ai.
