Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Winq, a service operated by Uhmazing Studio (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Winq, you agree to them. If you use Winq for an organization, you agree on its behalf.
The service
Winq lets you and your team write, schedule and publish posts to social media accounts you connect. We publish posts at the time you choose, but social platforms control their own systems and can delay, reject or remove posts. We can’t guarantee that a post will be published or stay published.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You’re responsible for activity in your account.
- Workspace owners and admins control who can join and what they can do.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Winq.
Connected accounts and platform rules
You may only connect accounts you’re authorized to manage. When you publish through Winq you must follow the rules of each platform you post to, including the Meta Terms of Service, Instagram Terms of Use and their community standards. You can disconnect an account at any time.
Your content
You own the posts, images and other content you add to Winq. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to run the service, for example to show it to your teammates and to publish it to the platforms you choose. You’re responsible for having the rights to everything you post.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Winq to:
- post spam, or content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive or infringes someone else’s rights;
- impersonate others or connect accounts you don’t control;
- get around platform limits, or interfere with or reverse-engineer the service.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the service or other users at risk.
AI-generated drafts
“Write with Winq” suggests drafts using AI. Suggestions can be inaccurate or unsuitable, so review them before publishing. You’re responsible for what you post.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and Data deletion explains how to remove it.
Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; we’ll tell you about significant changes in the app or by email. You can stop using Winq at any time and ask us to delete your account.
Disclaimers and liability
Winq is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or posts, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
